I would like to request for a Summary of Environmental-Related Bills (House Bill / Senate Bill) pending approval (i.e., Extended Producer Responsibility Act - HB10696 and SB2425).

Are there other bills that would affect businesses and industries in terms of environmental management?

This will be used to enable us prepare programs that will ensure compliance with the environmental laws towards a sustainable future.
