This is connection to my denied request. Can i then request if it exists, a copy of a plan of Lot IR-447 as surveyed for anti T.B. Society from the Exec. proc. No. 267 series of 1938. If it does not exist in records, may I ask a certification that this plan is not in DENR records? 
And again, If it exist, may i still request of a copy of a plan of Lot 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 (IR-1014) or a plan of IR-1014 located in the district of Tuba and Baguio City? If such plan does not exist, can i ask for certification that this plan is not in DENR records? This again is for research and verification purposes.
