I'm sorry if the subject was vague for the request of a verified survey return for PSD# 10179  TCT# 012-2015000393. The property is located in San Juan City in Vicencio street brgy santa lucia.

If the DENR is the wrong agency to approach on the matter, can I be directed to the proper agency?
