Good day,

I would like to relay this request to DENR Region II as this matter is best facilitated by them. I would like to request for the process/Citizen's Charter on the request for Land Survey. The parcel of Land is located in Cagayan. I also need if possible, resource person and contact details of those in charge. Thank you very much!
