Good day!

May we respectfully request your good office to please provide us an e-copy of Masterlist of Barangay officials including barangay secretaries and treasurers of the province of Batangas from 1991 up to present.

The said data will be used in identifying retired barangay officials who will be given financial/in kind support by the provincial government of Batangas affected by COVID-19.

May this request be given your most favorable consideration and approval.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. All of the election results relating to the elected Barangay Officials are within the proper custody of the Commission on Elections. The National Barangay Operations Office of DILG was able to secure a list from the Commission on Elections but only for the years 2013 to 2020 which you may download here:
