Dear John Mark Gallegos,

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jul 29, 2019 03:26:15 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for Number of calls received in 911 hotline (legitimate and non) and average talk time to callers..

Response to Request

Firstly, we apologize for the late response regarding this query. According to the Emergency 911 Commission, gathering of data from their various field offices has been quite tedious since most of the staff are preoccupied in answering emergency calls. Data on every field office is required in order to provide with an accurate number on the statistics of received calls.

This office is still keeping in touch and constantly making follow ups with the Emergency 911 commission. That said, the eFOI platform requires a 35 day time frame and can limit the response time in case of these type of requests.

We are therefore suggesting to keep checking your email address that you have provided as we are going to send the data to you via your personal email once it is available

We truly apologize for the inconvenience.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Hon. Eduardo M. Año, Secretary, DILG-NAPOLCOM Center, Quezon Ave., quezon City. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).

Thank you.
