Good day!

I would like to request po the following:
1. List of LGUs with CDRA Training (the training can be under DILG or from other institutions)
2. Date of Training
3. List of LGUs with completed CDRA
4. Evaluation report on the quality of the CDRA completed by the LGUs.
5. Copy of the materials for CDRA Training including PPTs and Excel File templates.
6. Sample CDRA

P.S. I hope to get po the latest version or the most updated version of the abovementioned data. I just included 2015 to 2019 as time period since it's required information for the request.
