Hi, I would like to request a DOLE certification from NCR for my SSS unemployment benefit application, as my 1st certification has been declined by SSS due to wrong region. It was from Region 11 where I am residing and they needed the certification from DOLE NCR.

And dates was also rejected by SSS, where it should be dated August 6, 2020 for the confirmation of separation from Magsaysay or they called the effective date.
