I am writing to request an information under the Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.
I am a 3rd year student from University of the Philippines, School of Labor and Industrial relations currently taking up a graduate thesis, school year 2019 - 2020.  As a requirement in one of our subjects, I am conducting a research for my proposed thesis entitled: “An Investigation of the Effectiveness of Part-Fixed, Part-Performance Based Scheme in Improving the Working Conditions of Bus Drivers".
