Good day! I would like to request data and statistics on the LRT, and MRT. 

Specific Data:
1. Cost of the project.
2. Capacity of Trains.
3. Data on the Models and Number of Trains.
4. Logs of Malfunction and Repairs, with cost.
5. Data on the Services.

Dear Ana Pamela Dela Pasion,

I refer to my letter of Aug 21, 2019 02:39:53 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for LRT and MRT Data And Statistics.

Per memorandum released by our Legal Affairs Office last 24 August 2018, any person who request information or documents in DOTr via the eFOI portal should "reasonably describe the information requested, and the reason for, or purpose of, the request for information." This also in accordance to E.O No. 2, s. 2016.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. Please state from what school you are, what is the purpose of the request, and to what extent you will use the information that you are requesting.

Dear Ana Pamela,

I refer to my letter of Aug 27, 2019 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for LRT and MRT Data And Statistics. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.

As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Nov 19, 2019.

You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to or visiting our central office.
