Greetings!
Thank you for your request dated Sep 28, 2022 01:47:50 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.
Your Request
You asked for Updates regarding on the PNR Clark Phase 2 Project.
Response to Request
Your FOI request is approved. According to DOTr Railways Sector the status of NSCR New Clark City (NCC) Extension is currently in the Supplementary Feasibility Study Stage.
Since this is not yet completed and published in the JICA website, DOTr PMO cannot share specific documents relating to the project.
Instead, listed below are the available information relative to your request:
1. There is a proposed underground railway station in Capas, Tarlac.
2. As for the construction of NSCR NCC Extension, there is no projected date yet as the railway project is still in Supplementary Feasibility Study Stage
If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
