Hi, good day! I am Atty. John Dx S. Lapid, Corporate Attorney for Metropolitan Cebu Water District. May I request for DPWH's Right-of-Way Manual of Procedure. Such manual will be use as our guide in acquiring right-of-way. I hope you can send it as soon as possible thank you very much.
