I would like to request the updated Technical Standards and Guidelines  for Planning and Design of Volume I: Flood Control needed for our undergraduate research about sea wall design.

As per coordination with the DPWH-UPMO FLOOD CONTROL MANAGEMENT CLUSTER, the copy available online is sufficient. JICA only added sample projects in the updated volume.
