November 25, 2022 Dear Christine Marie Nabora, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated 24 November 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request 1. Number of indigent senior citizens in the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) by province, sex, and age. 2. Number of indigent senior citizens in Baguio City by sex, age, and location. 3. Number of senior citizens receiving pension in the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) by province, type of pension, sex, and age. 4. Number of senior citizens receiving pension in Baguio City by type of pension, sex, and age. 5. Types of elder care facilities operated by the government in the Philippines. Response to your request Unfortunately, the DSWD does not have the information you need. Thus, we are constrained to deny your request. It is the National Commission of Senior Citizens (NCSC) that may have the data that you require. Hence, you may wish to direct your request to the NCSC. You may also contact them by telephone at (02) 8-931-81-01. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Secretary ERWIN T. TULFO at DSWD-Central Office, IBP Road Batasan Pambansa Complex, Constitution Hills, Quezon City. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
