Response to your request

Unfortunately, we were able to determine that your request is a frontline service transaction and not a valid Freedom of Information (FOI) Request. Thus, we are constrained to deny your request.

However, you may contact Crisis Intervention Section of DSWD Field Office VII via Hotline Numbers at (032) 8-231-21-72 or by e-mail at ciu.fo7@dswd.gov.ph for financial assistance under the Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situation Program.

Your right to request a review
