Good day! I'm Ralph Castillo from Technological Institute of the Philippines in Quezon City, currently taking Design 9:Capstone Project. I would like to request a copy of an Annual report of evacuees in the past 5 years in Apalit, Pampanga. Data will be used in thesis/capstone purposes regarding proposal of permanent evacuation center. Thank you!

I refer to my letter of Oct 03, 2022 12:25:32 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Annual report of evacuees in the past 5 years in Apalit, Pampanga.

Section 9 of Executive Order No. 2 states that:
SECTION 9. Procedure. The following procedure shall govern the filing and processing of requests for access to information:

Unfortunately, the DSWD does not have the information you need. Thus, we are constrained to deny your request.

It is the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) of Apalit, Pampanga that may have the data that you require. Hence, you may wish to direct your request to the said office. Here’s the link to Apalit, Pampanga MDRRMO’s official website for your ready reference:
