Good day!

As part of an ongoing research on the role of early childhood development on later life success, I would like to request the list of barangay and municipal day care centers in the entire country that were operational between 2000-2018. 

The ideal dataset would contain the
a) name and location of the daycare center (province-municipality-brgy)
b) date of establishment of the daycare center (month and year)
c) annual number of children enrolled (2000-2018)
d) annual number of staff present (2000-2018) 
e) annual funding received from by revenue source (LGU / natl)
