Good day!
I am requesting a detailed computation for BAC member and secretariat honoria. According to our External Audit Leader from COA the basis of the computation of honoraria per project is the bid doc price not the total sale of the bid docs, so if there is a project with the bid doc price of 5k, even if the total sale of bid docs for the project is 25k, the basis for computation is still the 5k? We really need some clarity regarding this matter.
