Can I change the monthly contribution I've input?
(due to typo error) then, how?

Can you tell me the step-by-step procedure?

Dear MS. APRILLE JOYCE S. DERAMAS,

This refers to your eFOI request received on 23 February 2022 via the eFOI portal of the Home Development Mutual Fund (Fund) wherein you inquired on how to change your desired Modified Pag-IBIG II (MP2) monthly contribution you erroneously inputted due to typographical error.

Our Office deemed it proper to raise this matter to and confer with the operating unit concerned – the Member Services Sector Support Unit (MSSSU). Our MSSSU stated that a member who erroneously inputted an allocation of payment can no longer correct it at his/her end. Said member will have to: 1) request for correction by writing the Fund’s Member Services (MS) through a formal request letter submitted to a Pag-IBIG Fund Branch or via the e-mail address indicated below; and 2) undergo validation process wherein our MS will ask for the member’s employer, MID number, birth date, copy of his/her valid ID, among others. Thereafter, the MSSSU will handle the correction in coordination with the Information Systems Group.
