Purpose: For Inquiry to my previous employer

Navarro 03:00 PM, Mar 18, 2022

Hi! I was employed at the Land Management Bureau on September 22, 2015 until January 5, 2022. Being a permanent employee, we understand that we are mandated to pay for our pag-ibig contribution. However, based on the record appearing on my virtual pag-ibig, my former employer hasn’t remit my pag-ibig contributions starting September 2015 to August 2017. As such, can I respectfully request for a certification of the non-remittance of my contribution during the said period so I could raise the issue to my previous employer. Thank you and hoping for a favorable action on this request.
