Dear MS. RACHELLE IGNACIO,

This refers to your eFOI request received on 15 April 2021 sent to the eFOI portal of the Home Development Mutual Fund (Fund) wherein you inquired on where to report your employer/agency who is not remitting the mandatory Pag-IBIG Fund savings benefits but continuously deducting the same to your monthly salary.

Our Office deemed it proper to raise this matter to and confer with the operating unit concerned – the Member Relations Department (MRD). Our MRD confirmed that a complaint against employers who failed to remit contributions may be endorsed directly to the:

1.	Concerned Branch: if the employer is not yet registered with the Fund and has never made any remittances for its employees; or

2.	Concerned Technical and Administrative Support (TAS) Office: if the employer is already registered with the Fund but has only stopped remittances for a certain period.

The directory of Pag-IBIG Fund offices is available at the Fund's website (www.pagibigfund.gov.ph).

You may contact Ms. Elenita Pineda, Unit Head of the Feedback Management Unit (FMU), at eipineda@pagibigfund.gov.ph and/or through telephone numbers (02)8654-7151/8654-6524 for other related inquiries or concerns.

Thank you.

Very truly yours,

ATTY. MARCIAL C. PIMENTEL, JR.
