I'm Chrystabelle Bigyan, a 5th-year Architecture student of the Batangas State University- The National Engineering University. I'm currently working on my thesis research and need the following documents/information from your office comprehensive plans, the proposed site location of the Virology Science and Technology Institute of the Philippines.

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request.
