 I would like to request the pre-feasibility studies (PFS) or any other related materials giving information of the approved Virology Institute of the Philippines. The PFS or any other pertinent documents that may explain:

1.) Organizational structure
2.) Staffing in the departments and offices; its scale, function, program, etc.
3.) Mission vision
4.) Space programming and requirements
5.) Budgeting
5.) Any other information relating to its infrastructure and site develop

Your help would highly be appreciated for the fulfillment of my project. Thank you!
