Hello! In connection with my request, can your office also provide us with the copy of the properties that said to be ill-gotten wealth of the Marcoses including those that were already taken away from them in favor of the government. Thank you

You asked for List of Marcos Properties (w/ assessed values) included in the 203B estate tax case.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. We requested from the BIR the copy of the list of properties and tax assessments included in the 203B however we are denied. You may wish to contact BIR at 8981-7000 ; 89297676, or resubmit your request addressed to BIR on the eFOI portal at https://www.foi.gov.ph/requests/new?agency=BIR

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Chairperson John A. Agbayani at pio@pcgg.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
