Hi I would like to request for information of the following;

1. Lists of all beneficiaries on the allocated funds for Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program amounting to 78.9 billion pesos -               WHO / WHEN

2. Lists of all beneficiaries on the allocated funds for Coco farmers / Coconut Industry Investment Fund amounting to 76.4 billion pesos - WHO / WHEN

3. Lists of all beneficiaries on the allocated funds for Human Rights Victims amounting to 10.5 billion pesos - WHO / WHEN

Your Request

You asked for The recovered 174 billion peso Marcos ill - gotten wealth.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. Please take note that PCGG is one of the principal sources in funding the implementation of CARP by Department of Agrarian Reform as mandated under CARP Law. In cases of Coco-levy funds these will be managed by trustees under a newly signed law . With regards to Human Rights victims an  amount P 10.533 B had been set aside for this purpose. In sum, as to who are the beneficiaries  of these programs , PCGG is not directly  a privy in the identifications of the intended projected awardees.
