I would like to request documents relevant to the MERALCO privatization and PCGGs recovery of Meralco shareholdings and dividends as part of ill-gotten wealth.

If possible, I would also like to request any documents related to LOPEZ buying back some of their shares and the agreement related to this.

Basically, I want to know how and why PCGG still is recovering some ill-gotten wealth from Meralco if it was already privatized.

I sincerely hope you can provide relevant documents/ information regarding this matter. If not, kindly point me to the right agency to ask.

Thank you.
