I'm Christopher Saulo, MA Political Science student from the University of the Philippines - Diliman. I would just like to ask if the PCOO has the minutes of LEDAC meetings from the Estrada administration to Aquino administration. I will be using the information for my research paper about the assessment of the LEDAC.

Hope to get a reply from your office soon! Thank you!
