Hi FOI team, I would humbly request a historical record of all lotto results starting from its launch to the present date.
Please include all kinds of lotto games, may it be active or not anymore.
This data will be used for the research and development of a computer system.

You have requested for a historical record of all lotto results from the date it started operation to date.
Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of the information you requested from 1995 - 2022. AS for CY 2023, you may access it thru our website at www.pcso.gov.ph
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to thru the FOI portal. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).

Hi, I noticed that the document you've provided is all combinations with winners. I would like to know if it is possible to also include combinations with no jackpot winners, in CSV or Excel format. Thank you.
