You asked for Record of drug cases since Oplan Tokhang began and this is accordingly approved.

We enclosed a copy of drug cases filed since July 2016 up to December 2016. This is reckoned from the date of Oplan Tokhang based on the Command Memo Circular (CMC) No. 16-2016, also known as PNP Anti-Illegal Drugs Campaign Plan Project: "Double Barrel" - this includes Oplan Tokhang - which was dated July 1, 2016; the information on drug cases filed during the first quarter of 2017 being not yet available to date.
