Parel DISCUSSION PAPER SERIES NO. 2014-29. You also requested for the data sets. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, may we refer you to the source of raw data, the Commission on Higher Education (CHEd (http://ched.gov.ph/). To specify, their database contains detailed SUC/HEI information on the following: 1. Number of programs offered 2. Enrollment 3. Graduation 4.
