February 22, 2018 Dear John Eric, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Sep 11, 2017 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for information about PIDS monthly expenses and PIDS yearly expenses. You stated that the expenses cover the performance cost, operational cost, utility expenses, and the like. Response to your request We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve your requested information from the Transparency Seal page of our website (https://www.pids.gov.ph/transparency-seal), specifically in files under the section of ‘Annual Report. You can also find the information in the website of the Commission of Audit at https://www.coa.gov.ph/. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response, by writing to the Central Appeals and Review Committee through jluna@mail.pids.gov.ph.
