1.) Discussions about agencies, agency complaints, and Jalilo Dela Torre.

2.) Discussions mentioning Mirasol C. Ortega or Rubie Bilayre Dionala.

3.) Discussions where agencies are encouraged to submit complaints to Silvestre H. Bello III
