Hi,

I would like to seek your kind assistance to please guide me on what are the requirements and eligibility in establishing a seafarers Manning Agency in Philippines. I am currently working overseas and my foreign employer is looking into setting up a manning agency in Philippines.

I have checked at the POEA website but I am not sure If it is updated.
Remember that my employer is a foreigner and I hope to get more detailed guidelines.

Appreciate to received your feedback the soonest as possible.

Best regards,
Richelle
