Dear Kath Pelayo,

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Nov 15, 2021 10:48:58 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Enclosed, please find a copy of the list of applicants and passers for the Region 3 -- the region that covers Central Luzon, as you requested. 

Please take note that the attach information pertains to "Principal Qualifiers or Passers." Currently, the total number of scholarship slots for our Central Luzon Campus is 120 scholars per intake, and this is usually all taken up. If the number of principal qualifier is less than the total number of scholarship slots available, the difference is made up by making offers to "alternate qualifiers" based on highest to lowest scores in NCE. To be considered an alternate qualifier, a scholar's NCE score must be above the national mean, and his/ her component scores must be above a certain cut-off score.
