I would like to follow up about my late father’s disability and burial benefits for my mom Corazon Palopalo (who’s the second wife but the first wife already passed away before my father). I was the educational beneficiary when I was in college. My name is Crispina Palopalo and my PVAO-407407419837.

I refer to my letter of Jun 24, 2022 07:23:41 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Service record as a USAFFE.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. Could you provide us the full details of your grandfather and if available, send us a copy of his military records for our reference?

Good morning.
I am Crispina Palopalo the 7th daughter of my father Rafael Palopalo (who passed away Mar 19, 1987) and Mrs. Corazon T. Palopalo the 2nd wife with 12 children. The first wife died ahead of my father. All of us 12 children has a birth certificates that shows our father’s and mother’s name as noted above. We would like our mother be the recipient of the benefits.

Below are some dates that my mother can remember.
1941 recruit and training
1968 discharged 
Phil army listed 1931
PC 1949 or 1950
Death March 19, 1987

I would like to let you know that my mother had kept the documents from another place and we don’t want our mom to travel even until this time due to Covid. But my father has the record from PVAO.
