To whom it may concern,

Writing from Subic Smart Community Corporation, we have plans to develop our developable land which is the land adjacent to our golf course, Subic International Golf Club. This is referred step by the Engineering Department of SBMA. 

It has been known to us that there is a pipeline underneath our property. To avoid accidents, we would like to ask for the layout of pipeline so that we could properly plan out the development. 

Coordinates of the visible pipeline station in our property is 14.816621, 120.318021.
