Melano: This pertains to your email dated 31 January 2021 which you have copy furnished the Presidential Complaint Center (PCC). On 08 February 2021, the PCC forwarded your email to the Department of Science and Technology with Ticket Reference Number PCC-NCC-01-31-2021-016. Said email was forwarded to Technology Application and Promotion Institute (DOST-TAPI) on 08 February 2021 for appropriate action.
