Good day
We are fifth-year students from the Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the College of Architecture and Fine Arts of Bulacan State University and currently taking an undergraduate thesis. We are studying the proposal of UP Los Baños Agro-Industrial and IT Parks as our thesis topic.

1. what is the total allotted budget/Project cost of UPLB Agro-industrial and Information Park. ( individual allotted budget for Agro-industrial park and Information Technology Park.

This refers to your request dated 22 May 2021 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.  

You asked for information on the total allotted budget/project cost of UPLB’s Agro-industrial and Information Park.

Article III Section 7 of the 1987 Constitution, which is the basis for the requirement under the UP FOI Manual, states:
