Ang SWP, sa pamamagitan ng Aktibong Kilusan Tungo sa Iisang Bayan (AKTIB) Philippines ay matagal nang nakikipag-ugnayan sa inyong pamunuan, partikular na sa City Health Office (CHO) at City Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO), upang isulong ang mga pro-health policies tulad smoke-free ordinances. Mahalagang parte ng adbokasiyang ito ang paggawa ng Information, Education and Communication (IEC) materials na nakabatay sa ebidensya at sa lokal na pangangailangan. Alinsunod dito, nais naming humingi ng mga impormasyon tungkol sa paninigarilyo
