Good Day!

I Would like to request my ROTC Serial Number, This was ask by my current school, Kolehiyo ng Pantukan, so they can approve my application for Validation of Advance Credit (NSTP). I am now at my 4th year. I am hoping for positive response regarding my concern.

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Sep 18, 2021 06:34:31 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for ROTC Serial Number.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this we cannot provide you the details of your ROTC Serial Number as this is not under the coverage of FOI. However, We have contacted already the ROTC Unit of the University regarding your request. An ROTC Staff will coordinate with you through email or SMS regarding this request.

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing through email at president@usep.edu.ph cc: rcsatorre@usep.edu.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
