I am Dr. Melchor P. Dioso, Executive Assistant III from Occidental Mindoro State College.

We recently conducted a benchmarking activity at your university last 14 September 2023 re College Education Behind Bars. 

Relative to that, we were advised to submit our request via FOI for the SAMPLE CONTRACT between the USEP, SetBI and BJMP re College Education Behind Bars. This includes also the presentation by Ms. Nikole B. Tangge during our benchmarking activity.
