Hi USeP, I would like to ask for a document stating the rules and regulations governing the usage of your facilities that are for rent, specifically the University Gymnasium. I am interested about the following:
1. restrictions regarding dress code
2. time allotment (including lead time for the preparation and post-event cleanup)
3. bringing of food
4. number of allowed staff
5. allowed equipment (lights and sounds, bubble/smoke machines, etc)

Additional questions:
Is security included in the venue itself? And since you are also a plastic-free campus, does this apply to venue renters?
