Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Mar 23, 2021 02:02:42 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for a Summary of ratings of CTET Faculty IPCR.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information yet you have requested. We have coordinated with the QAD regarding this, however, they are still consolidating results for final updating. You may wish to contact the Quality Assurance Division through email at qad@usep.edu.ph for further assistance.

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Dr. Lourdes C. Generalao through email at president@usep.edu.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
