We would like to request for legal documents that can prove the legal identity ofUSeP­ Bislig Campus as campus of University of Southeastern Philippines (USeP) before it is being transferred to North Eastern Mindanao State University (NEMSU) formerly known as Surigao Del Sur State University (SDSSU). Department of Budge! and Management (DBM) -Caraga is asking for the legal basis that can prove our existence as a former campus of USeP so that we will be included in the Revised Organization Staffing Standard (ROSS) for State Universities and Colleges as per NBC 589.

Response to Request: Concerning your request for documents to support the legal identity of the USeP Bislig Campus as a former Campus of the University of Southeastern Philippines, the Univeristy is pleased to provide you with the following documents:

1.	BOR Resolution No. 2565, s. 1997 – Approval on the Establishment of USeP Bislig Campus
2.	BOR Resolution No. 2590, s. 1997 – Support to Operation of the USeP Bislig Campus
3.	Signed Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between USeP, the Sectoral Leaders, and the NCIP on the use of 100 Hectares for the operation of the Bislig Campus
4.	Organizational Structure of USeP showing the Bislig Campus
5.	BOR Resolution No. 67A, s. 2019 – Approval of the Revised USeP Organizational Structure
6.	BOR Resolution No. 64, s.1980 – Approval of the Proposal of Hon. Jose G. Puyat, Jr. on the Offering of Forestry and Wood Technology Program in Bislig
