The School of Medicine would like to request for the following documents:
USeP Tagum-Mabini Campus Development Plan to include:
a. blueprint of the site development; and
b. five-year physical development plan, in matrix

This is needed as part of the submission of SoM to CHED for application of Government Permit to operate third year and fourth year Doctor of Medicine program.

Your Request: You asked for Campus Development Plan.

Response to Request: Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of some of the information you requested. Please take note that the Land Use Development Plan for USeP Tagum-Mabini Campus is yet to be approved by the Board of Regents, hence what we can provide is the approved building design of the Academic Building for the School of Medicine, which you can use as a supporting document to the requirements. For security reasons, the Building Plan will be emailed to you. 

YOUR RIGHT TO REQUEST A REVIEW:  If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing through email to the University President, Dr. Lourdes C. Generalao at records@usep.edu.ph, cc: president@usep.edu.ph .
