1) Do you have an ongoing joint venture with Prime Water for your WD?
2) When did Prime Water and your water district finalize your joint venture?
3) What services does Prime Water offer or provide to your water district?

I refer to my letter of Jan 18, 2021 03:57:50 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Zamboanga City WD Joint Ventures with Prime Water.
