Good Day Maam/Sir:

I am Aldale L. Cuellar, a 5th year Mechanical Engineering at Don Honorio Ventura State University and also a JLSS DOST scholar, and on our last year we are required to make a thesis we decided to build a dual purpose machine which can Harvest and Plant rice crops but we saw that DOST already has one. I am kindly asking if we can have the papers regarding the said research so we can innovate it or we can at least do the recommendation on the said paper.
