While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, this Office coordinates with the Office of Admission. Based on our discussion, you are requested to personally report to the Admission Office, According to the said office you need to accomplish your clearance personally to be signed by the dean, cashier, and other offices before you can release the documents you need for transfer.
