  Ako po si Villamor Lacuesta 37 years old,Ako po ay nadiagnose Nunbg MAY 16 2022 ng sakit na CHRONIC KIDNEY DISEAS,Hihingi po sana ako ng tulong o finacial assistant,Ang Gastos ko sa dialysis Ay Umaabot ng P32,000 samantalang sa gamot po gumagastos po ako ng P10,000,Wala po akong trabaho sa kadahilanang na NAISTROKE po ako nung akoy nagtatrabaho nung 2009 sa edad na 22 years old..Wala po akong kakayanan para punan po ang pangangailangan ko sa dialysis.kaya po ako ay taos pusong lumapit o sumulat po sa inyo nagbabasakaling akoy matulungan po ninyo.salamat po.
