You asked for Certified True Copy of Diploma and Transcript of Records.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, this office coordinated with the office of admission. Based on our discussion, you need to personally go to the admission office and bring your original TOR and diploma with the number of photocopies that you need to be authenticated (10pesos per copy).
